Summit Alpha Gloves
Searching for a warm glove that keeps bar feel sharp? Meet the Summit Alpha Gloves. Designed for cold-weather rides where every mile counts, these winter cycling gloves deliver insulation and dexterity together.
Strategically placed panels of Polartec® Alpha® Direct active insulation on the back of the hand continually release excess heat before it builds, keeping you comfortable as your effort increases. On the palm, water-resistant AX® Suede Slim Fleece offers durability and tactile connection to the handlebars, with a cozy brushed lining for added warmth.
Finished with a PFC-free durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment to shed light moisture, a hook-and-loop cuff for a tailored fit, and touchscreen compatibility on the thumb and index finger, these gloves are warm, responsive, and ride-ready. A built-in microfiber sweat wipe on the thumb adds everyday convenience.
Recommended for temperatures between 30 and 65°F, the Summit Alpha Gloves cut through the cold without cutting corners.

Surprising
"These gloves are surprisingly warm for how thin they are. I find these work well for harder efforts down to zero degrees C (30 F). These work well with flat or drop bars with seams that do not aggravate. I have small hands and found the fingers on the size small gloves to be a bit long but not a deal breaker."
Does the job, but uncomfortable
"Used a few times in mid-low 40s (°F) and hands were comfortable. Got cold at high speeds. The wrist-to-palm seam is very rigid, almost sharp. This made them very uncomfortable. I sewed my own fleece polartec liner to cover this up. This should definitely be a stock feature. I would have returned them if I didnt have a sewing machine and 15 mins to spare. True to size."
Wish I bought these sooner
"Perfect mid weight gloves that are a little warm but not hot. I should order another pair now before they stop making them"
Temperature range wishful
"Cold fingers at 35 Degrees"
Perfect Fit/ Warm for a thin glove
"These aren't bulky gloves and they fit very well. They are warmer then you might think. I am very happy I bought these gloves!"
Definitely NOT a 30 degree glove
"These gloves are lightweight and flexible. Great for cycling but definitely not for down to 30 degrees as the website advertises. My first ride was at 40 degrees and my hands were painfully cold within the first few minutes."
No nose wipe, warm for mtb
"No soft nose wipe on a winter glove? That's a big downer for me. This is definitely more an in the woods glove than open road as well."
