AmFIB® Lite Skull Cap
AmFIB® Lite Skull Cap
The AmFIB® Lite Skull Cap is your go-to defense against biting wind and falling temps when a full winter cap is too much. This cold-weather cycling skull cap offers a sleek, helmet-compatible fit with just the right amount of warmth and breathability for high-effort riding.
The front panel features Polartec® Wind Pro® fabric to block wind where it hits hardest, while the top and rear are made with a thermal stretch fabric to let excess heat escape and keep your core temp regulated. A rear port accommodates ponytails for added comfort, and the low-bulk design layers cleanly under a helmet for a distraction-free fit.
Designed for shoulder-season and cool-weather riding, this skull cap keeps you comfortable, focused, and covered through every mile.

Great in cool weather
"I have a couple and bought a third to make sure at least one is clean for every ride."
No More Cold Ears
"Better ear coverage than any other cap I’ve ever worn!"
Perfect for Cool Rides
"Perfect tool for keeping my noggin warm. Great protection from the wind and cold, especially if one is lacking hair."
Big upgrade
"Should have bought this sooner. It’s a great addition to my warm riding gear closet."
Functional ear covers
"I love this cap. It’s thin which makes my helmet feel right, not bulky at all. Very breathable material that kept my head at the right temperature. Best thing for me was the ear covers because feeling the cold air on my ears made my ride very uncomfortable. I have worn it between 30-45F and feel I can go another 10 degrees lower."
Great skull cap with ponytail port! Hard to find
"So glad I found this! A skull cap with a hole for your ponytail. Great fit under a helmet, much better than ponytail at bottom of helmet."
Light and comfy with great protection from the elements
"Light weight and very comfortable. The ear flaps cover my ears well although I have more hair than most so the cap slips up. Once my helmet is on, it stays in place and the helmet straps keep the ear flaps secure. There's also a pony-tail pass thru - I use it to hang the cap to dry after washing. Water and wind resistant, it's perfect for fat bike rides. I've worn it from -2 to -25°C and not been cold."
My go-to cap
"This has become my go-to cold weather cap. It blocks the wind enough for warmth but allows enough air through to stay dry. Can be layered with a thin skull cap. Tucks away nicely when no longer needed."
Not warm enough
"Only a small panel of Polartec in the forehead, all other parts are too thin. Wouldn't have bought if I knew this detail"
