Think in layers and conditions: breathable pieces for heat, adjustable warmers for the shoulder seasons, and insulation plus wind or rain shells for cold and storms. Build the layers once, then mix them as the weather changes.

Start with essentials that work everywhere, jerseys, bib shorts, and base layers, then add condition-specific layers: a wind shell, a rain jacket, thermal tights, and warm gloves. A few smart pieces cover most of the calendar.
