SHOE CARE AND MAINTENANCE: Clean mud off with a damp sponge and then stuff the inside of the shoes with paper to help absorb moisture and maintain shape. Never clean shoes in a washing machine. Keep the outsole clean by scrubbing with a soft brush when needed. Air dry at room temperature. Do not dry the shoes by a fire, radiator or other heat source. Do not leave them in your car on a hot day. Extreme, direct heat can cause the materials to dry out or crack. This will damage your shoes and void your warranty.
FAQs
The Men's Quest Road Shoes are men's road and indoor cycling shoes built for comfort, easy adjustment, and efficient pedaling.
- Can I use them for indoor cycling and spin classes?
Yes. Rolling Stone named them its Best Velcro Spin Shoe. They take two-bolt cleats, which most studio bikes use, as well as three-bolt road cleats. - What cleats do they work with?
Both two-bolt (SPD-style) and three-bolt road cleats, so you can match them to your road pedals or an indoor bike. - Are they stiff enough for real pedaling?
Yes. A stiff full nylon sole transfers power efficiently and reduces foot fatigue on long rides and high-intensity workouts. - How do they close?
Three anatomic hook-and-loop straps give a secure closure that's quick to adjust on the fly. - Are they comfortable to walk in?
A 1 cm rubber heel bumper makes walking more stable, which helps when you're clipping in at the studio or stopping mid-ride. - How do they compare to the Men's Attack Road Shoes?
The Men's Attack Road Shoes step up to a BOA® dial you can retune mid-ride. The Quest uses simple, fast-adjusting straps.

Excellent product
"I bought the Pearl Izumi Quest cycling shoes with the intent of storing them until needed: the price was too good to pass up. My current PI Quest shoes are almost 3 years old with 12,000+ miles and still have many rides to go. Highly recommended."

A bit tight across the
"A bit tight across the upper, but has provided relief for my corns,. A great buy at 55 dollars closeout"
New road shoes
"Fit is right on, very light, great price."
"Comfortable true fit."
Love them
"First time using them, I went for 26 miles. When only planned for 20 miles, but my feet were feeling great"
Delayed Arrival and Prohibited from Exchanging
"Shipment showed up two days late and was the wrong size. I am not sure if I ordered the wrong size or if it was changed on fulfilment. Regardless I was not able to exchange it and am stuck with a final sale item I can never use. I will be going with another supplier next time."
almost perfect
"The shoes are very good, except for one issue: The top strap is too high on the instep---too near the front of the ankle. I have a thin foot and the strap and its fittings on both sides of the shoe dig into the top of my foot. I put a piece of sturdy foam, a 1/4" thick, inside the tongue and on top of my instep, to cushion the strap."
Great. . . if on sale
"Got these on clearance after my old Pearl Izumis broke down after eight years. For the clearance price and for just using on my Peloton about 30 miles a week they are a steal. The only downside is the float on these feels pretty large so that will take some getting used to. I wish the product page mentioned the level of float. Toe box is just slightly narrower than I wish but maybe they need broken in more."
