"As a commuter, I want to be able to access my normal pants underneath an over pant. Typically a waterproof pant has pockets that I cut off to allow access to my normal pant pockets underneath. These pants don't have any pockets which is a bummer. The pants are very nice quality and have reinforcement for saddle ware."
