Men's Attack Thermal Jersey
Men's Attack Thermal Jersey
Cold weather has a way of sorting the riders from the fair-weather. The Men's Attack Thermal Jersey is built for the ones who keep clipping in when the temperature drops. It's a long-sleeve thermal cycling jersey that holds heat without holding you back.
At its core, a thin geometric grid fleece traps warmth against the skin while actively pulling sweat to the surface, so your core stays dry and steady through hard tempo efforts and long, grinding cold-weather miles. Breathable stretch construction moves with you in the drops and layers clean. Run it as your outer layer on crisp mornings, or as a mid-layer under a vest or shell when winter fully commits. Built-in UPF 50+ shields your skin on bright, low-sun days.
The details earn their keep. Low-profile cuffs and hem cut the bulk for a dialed fit in motion. A semi-locking YKK® front zipper vents on the fly and stays put over rough road. Three rear pockets keep tools, food, and a stashed layer locked down with no bounce or sag. Premium 3M BioViz™ reflective hits keep you seen at 100 meters when the light goes flat. And it's made with 89% recycled polyester, so a lower footprint comes standard.
Shoulder-season workhorse. Deep-winter mid-layer. Always in rotation. Ride through the cold. Don't carry it.

A fantastic jersey for when temps start to turn
"I love this jersey. Started wearing it in the fall once temps were in the 40s-50s throughout my ride and it’s great. Can layer with a jacket if needed or at the beginning of morning rides. I wear L in the attack SS jersey and this L fits perfectly and even the sleeves are OK even though sleeves are often short for me since I’m lanky. Overall I’m really pleased and will be getting another color soon."
Excellent cool-weather top
"Size is race-fit which is exactly what I wanted. Fabric is porous and warm, so you’ll need a shell for really cold or rainy weather. I like wrist bands that seal the sleeves. If you want to wear a watch, you may want to wear it outside the jersey"
"Men’s or Boy’s Sizing? PI makes decent stuff but it’s expensive. Their sizing is so inconsistent that I may be done with them. Every item I order fits differently. I’m 5’8 180lbs. Likely more muscular than typical cyclist. But, I wear large in everything with varying degrees of fit. This is so small it’s ridiculous."
I bought the L based
"I bought the L based on the sizing chart but found it too tight. Because it was a final sale, I couldn't exchange it but I liked the color, fabric and construction enough that I ordered an XL and am very happy with the way that one feels and fits."
The sizing of this product
"The sizing of this product is way off! I have several PI Attack Jerseys in size L and they all fit perfectly. This new one was even close to fitting. I couldn’t even get my arms into the sleeves. It fit my wife and she only weighs 135 lbs."
Perfect for the shoulder season
"Perfect for the shoulder season rides. Perfect fit and works well with either a long sleeve or short sleeve base layer depending on what the weather is."
Love the material!!
"This is a perfect 50 degree day top. Mine is VERY small for a size large. I wear a large in everything Pearl and this is basically too small for me…"
Most of my kit is
"Most of my kit is Pearl Izumi and XL is my size. I know what size I wear. This jersey is not even remotely a men’s XL. I could’t even put it on and I am returning it unused with tags. Too bad because it looks like a nice jersey. This is the second time in a row that I’ve received Pearl Izumi sale items that were smaller than the tag had indicated."
I was expecting much better
"I was expecting much better quality along with proper identification. For example, It was to have 4 pockets when it's only 3 And the quality is not great."
Super Value and Perfomance
"Really great thermal jersey. Finishing details are very premium feeling and the color is really nice in person."
