Men's AmFIB® Cycling Bib Tights
Men's AmFIB® Cycling Bib Tights
Winter doesn't wait, and neither should you. The Men's AmFIB® Cycling Bib Tights are built to handle harsh conditions so you can train, commute, or ride year-round with confidence. Engineered for full-length, foul-weather protection, these are our warmest, most protective cycling tights—designed to keep you riding when the temps drop and the wind howls.
Wrapped with 360-degree AmFIB® softshell, our most insulating and windproof fabric, offering superior warmth while shielding you from cold gusts and road spray, along with PI Dry® water-shedding technology, providing breathability and weather resistance when it matters most. The result is a carefully balanced tight that keeps you warm without overheating, even during sustained efforts.
At the core is our ELITE Levitate Chamois, designed with multi-density suspension foam for pressure relief, long-distance support, and vibration absorption—keeping you comfortable on endurance rides and base-building days. The bib upper provides extra core warmth and a stay-put fit that eliminates gaps when layering.
BioViz® reflective elements enhance visibility in low-light conditions, and the zip-free ankle design offers a sleek fit that layers cleanly with your winter shoe covers.
Pair it with our winter-ready cycling jackets for a cold-weather kit built for base miles and beyond, or explore more men's cycling tights to find your ideal layer for winter riding.

Awesome tights
"These bib tights are awesome! I've been using them for the past 4 months. They've kept me warm all winter so far. I ride in 30-32 degree weather at times and am comfortable in these tights. Since it has been warm this winter I've found the tights to be comfortable in mid 60 degree weather. I did not over-heat. It is a little cumbersome to take them off and slide them off me feet since there are no ankle zippers. However, that is a minor issue. I would highly recommend the PI AmFib tights and would buy them again."
Excellent cold weather kit
"These performed flawlessly right out of the box on a 25-mile race in snowy conditions with temps in the teens. No hotspots or cold spots and I wasn't overly sweaty at max effort. I'm 5'9" 200lbs and bought the XL and they fit great."
Terrible bibs, not water resistant, chamois is abrasive
"Please allow return/refund/credit. Terrible bibs. They are not water resistant. Worst part is the chamois is abrasive. I would appreciate a refund. These have caused a skin rash at the top of chamois and on the upper legs."
Excellent Thermo Bibs
"Used these yesterday in high 20's F with approx 20 mph winds. Stayed warm & toasty. Form fit with a comfortable pad for long ride (60 miles). Would recommend."
Best winter bibs ever
"I’ve had many pairs of winter cycling tights throughout my 30+ years of riding and racing. Amfib have always been my favorite. Warm, windproof, water proof/ resistant and comfortable is about the only description needed. The bibs take the level of comfort one step further. I don’t want to wear tights over bibs ever again."
LOVE these tights!!
"I've worn this tights 2x now and they are perfect! Not too hot and not too cold. I hadn't bought PI for a while but I cam back because of performance and durability. Well worth the money!!"
They work as advertized!
"With layers on top, the tights have me comfortable down to freezing. They do a great job in wind and cold. My riding season just added a couple of winter months!"
Great additional warmth over
"Fits great and as always with Pearl Izumi, the best, most comfortable chamois made."
Tough to get on and off, binding at the legs
"The lack of ankle zippers makes them difficult to get on and off, you will need to remember to put your socks on before pulling them on. The chamois is over the top thick and feels like a loaded diaper when walking around, but on the bike, it sets you up 1/2" above the saddle and feels cushy/mushy. The chamois is so stiff on the edge that it has caused rubbing where it contacts my inner thy and becomes increasing annoying on longer rides. . . It is warm and somewhat moisture resistant, but the legs are so thick that on long rides they bunch up behind the knee and become painful. It is constructed with many panels stitched with ridged seems on the inside of the legs, but they haven't been a problem yet. The bib is made of a thin and light spandex and is short compared to all my previous tights an provides little warmth to the torso. I have many good products from Pearl Izumi and ordered these for cold and often wet winter rides in Washington State, but these are very disappointing and not what I expect from Pearl Izumi. I had previously purchased a winter tight on Amazon and sent them back because they were so thick and stiff they were binding my legs making it hard to move. The Pearl Izumi tights are nearly as bad but i have ridden 200 miles in them and they still have not loosened up to become comfortable and that's why i am writing this review and have rated them poorly. They come with a gob of labels sown inside at the hip and i had to cut them off to improve comfort so returning them now is probably not an option. I have over a dozen bike shorts and tights and have always used Small because of my slim build and don't think a larger size would solve the binding problems."
Tight but good flight!
"XL felt tight when first tried on but stretched out to fit well and out-standing performance in 30 degree weather."
