Men's Thermal Bib Shorts
Men's Thermal Bib Shorts
Extend your season and stay strong through cold-weather miles with the Men’s Thermal Bib Shorts. Made from ultra-soft 266g lofted thermal fleece, these bibs deliver cozy insulation while a tight-knit exterior helps balance windchill protection and breathability, keeping you warm without overheating.
At the core, the dual-density ELITE Levitate™ chamois provides sit bone support and reduces friction for lasting comfort on long rides. A lightweight, breathable bib upper layers smoothly under jerseys or jackets, while elastic leg bands with patterned silicone grippers keep the shorts securely in place. Finished with a PFAS-free PI Dry® C0 DWR to shed light road spray and BioViz® reflective elements for low-light visibility, these bibs are dialed for early starts and late-season training.
Designed with a 10" inseam and made with recycled content, the Men’s Thermal Bib Shorts pair perfectly with cold-weather tops from our Men’s Jerseys collection or layer beneath outerwear from Men’s Jackets & Vests for a complete winter system.

Totally comfortable and durable
"I love these bibs. I got seven years of heavy use out of my first pair and when they wore out, I bought two more. I live in coastal California and these bibs are perfect for the foggy morning we get all year round. The chamois and material make for a comfortable all day bib short."
Excellent
"Very comfortable than Regular attack bib short."
Nice!
"Felt good on the first ride."
thermal bibs fit well as size L
"I'm 6' and with 34 waist and the bibs fit well and were comfortable on my road ride. Not sure I appreciate the 'thermal" part of them - I assume they are a bit heavier than the other iP bibs currently sold, but they work well and are the same as my other bibs. Sale price was what made it a great deal."
Imptessed!
"Decided to try thermal bibs for cool-weather riding, as a break from longer tights. Impressed with fit and finish of these bibs. . . and their warmth and comfort on a chilly first ride. Sold. . . and looking fotward to wearing them often. Also a long-time wearer of Pearl Izumi bibs so I have history."
Thermal bib shorts
"These are great in temperatures down to the thirties."
Comfortable, warm, leg grippers too tight
"The lining makes these great for shoulder season with a pair of knee warmers rather than full tights, but shorts are too tight around the thigh at the grippers."
They're OK with one exception
"They chafe behind my knees. Remove the fleece lining from behind the knees and they'd be perfect. No one needs insulation back there anyways."
Fits well and stays warm
"Used for my first 40° ride and worked great. No more cold bits"
Great fit
"Very comfy! I've been a Pearl customer for years, and these Bibs are just another reason why I'll keep coming back."
