When cold wind and road spray try to shut the season down, the Women's Quest AmFIB® Jacket keeps you rolling. Our warmest winter shell is built from three-layer, fleece-backed AmFIB® softshell that is windproof and water-resistant, delivering cozy insulation without the bulk so you stay focused on the miles, not the weather.

The cycling-specific design features a classic fit for easy layering, an internal storm-flap YKK® front zipper to seal out drafts, and dual waist adjusters to fine-tune the fit. A rear zip security pocket stashes your phone or gels, while BioViz™ reflective elements help you stand out when daylight fades. For eco-minded protection, the fabric is finished with a PFAS-free PI Dry® C0 DWR that sheds light precipitation and wheel spray.

USE SIMPLE DETERGENTS WITH NO ADDITIVES Never use detergents with fabric softeners, perfumes or any additive type product. The general rule of thumb is the simpler the better. Many detergents with additives leave "surfactants" behind on a fabric's fibers that inhibit the technical performance. Typically the best detergents to use will have "Clear" or "Free" in their names. Don't pour the detergent directly onto the clothing, put it in the washer first, when you start the water. If something is not functionally working, but is not dirty, try rinsing it twice in warm to hot water. This will help get rid of the harmful surfactants. READ THE CONTENT CARE LABEL: On the inside of your garment, or on the hangcard, there are instructions for the care of that individual piece. On garments this will be on a side seam or back seam label. Follow those directions. On finer fabrics, use a "Gentle" cycle. Close all zippers, attach "hook and loop" closures on gloves YOU CAN USE THE DRYER, CAREFULLY: If you use a dryer be sure to use a lower / warm heat setting (Do NOT use a commercial dryer or a "Hot" setting). This will often restore the fabric and help the water and wind repellent qualities. If in doubt, hang the clothing to dry.

Reviews

Fits great

"I need a jacket that is warm er than a windbreaker and not super heavy like a warm bicycling rain jacket. This works perfectly. An in between of my 2 other jackets"

— Mary O. (5/5)

A GREAT FIND

"I will be honest and admit, I was searching for a Louis Garneau cold weather biking jacket that a co-rider owns, but to no avail could not find the jacket anywhere. Hence I began my search to find a jacket that would keep me warm and dry with wicking properties. I ended up purchasing the Woman’s Quest AmFIB jacket in neon orange. I am extremely visible to road traffic. I LOVE it as not only does it keep me warm and dry, on mornings when it has warmed up, I am able to zip it down and catch the breeze. The fit is perfect as I can layer or wear it with a sleeveless top. The fabric is light yet provides great insulation against multiple weather elements. The back pocket is large enough to hold discarded layers, my phone and gels. My co-rider is so impressed with this jacket, that she is planning on purchasing this jacket for herself."

— Dianne W. (5/5)

Love this jacket

"I’m very happy with this jacket for winter riding. It is warm, though not too warm, a great length, and is very visible for safety. My only wish is that it had more reflective details for safety-winter riding is both cold and dark and where I live, I need all the help being visible I can get. I add a reflective vest. I really appreciate that. It is not skin tight, but fitted, and I can fit a long sleeve wool shirt underneath. I am 5’9”, 145 lbs and I bought a medium fiery coral."

— Nathalie W. (4/5)

"It’s warm and fits well"

— Louise (5/5)

The Best Running Jacket

"This is my second purchase of the same jacket and it's honestly the best for cold running days. I wear only one other shirt underneath and am good for -5 to -10 degrees. It's wind proof and super warm - but not too warm. Love it! I'm 5. 5", 140lb. My measurements: chest 33", waist 30", hips 40"."

— Laura M. (5/5)

Winter ride jacket

"Material is nice for winter rides. Needs side pockets. Back pocket is to hard to access during a ride. Sleeves are really long. I have to fold them back two inches."

— Trina M. (3/5)

Really like the jacket

"Well constructed and sized. Love the coral color."

— Anne R. (5/5)

Excellent jacket

"Recently I purchased several of these jackets to replace ones that are now too big for me (lost weight, yay!). I wore one the other day and not only did it fit beautifully, but it totally blocked the wind so that I was warm."

— Judi L. (5/5)

New Jacket

"Wonderful fit and beautiful color!"

— Amelia B. (5/5)

Women's Quest AmFIB Jacket

"The jacket is a great weight; also soft on the inside and wind-resistant on the outside. But I have two complaints: 1) it is tight-fitting and therefore doesn't allow layering; and 2) it only has a rearside pocket. Sure liked the hand pockets on my other Izumi jacket (which was stolen)."
