When cold wind and road spray try to end the ride before it starts, the Women's AmFIB® Tights keep you moving with targeted weather protection and cozy warmth, with no built-in chamois, so you can pair them with your favorite liner or bibs. AmFIB® softshell shields the front, seat, and calves from wind and moisture, while lofted thermal fleece at the back of the legs and knees adds breathable insulation to stay comfortable on steady efforts.

A PFAS-free PI Dry® C0 DWR helps shed wheel spray and light precipitation, and high-stretch ankles eliminate bulky zippers for a clean interface with shoe covers or boots. On-bike function is dialed with thigh cargo pockets for essentials, a wide waistband that won't pinch or bunch, and BioViz™ reflective elements placed high on the calves and hip for visibility. Finished with a 28.5" inseam and made with recycled content.

Layer over a preferred chamois from our women's cycling bibs, then top off with weather-ready outerwear from women's cycling jackets & vests to build a dependable cold-weather kit.

Reviews

Poor fit but highly water resistant

"I ordered a medium. I could not get it over my calf. I returned for a large and still could not get them on. So I returned and ordered an XL. I have never worn any apparel in a size XL. Today I wore them for the first time. The legs were warm and comfortable but unfortunately the hips and waist were too big and kept slipping down. I guess since I've worn them I will have to get a pair of suspenders to hold them up over my bib shorts. I will say that they are highly water resistant."

Tights way too tight

"As the subject of the purchase says, “Ridiculously small. ” Gave one star because never got to test while cycling."

— John M. (1/5)

Sale tight

"Tight but what I wanted love your winter clothes. The other sale item was a medium too but we’re so tight I couldn’t wear them because I couldn’t pull them on and since they e only 25. 00 I didn’t en return them. But I know your clothing runs small for women but that was rediculous. I’m a 110 pounds."

item returned

"ordered a, AmFIB large based on online guide. too small. no xl available. Sugar model available retail locally, bought an xl based on prior experience. too big! then bought an all sales final of yet another Izumi tight, bought both L and XL because I thought there MUST be one tight that fits. And lo, the L fit, and the XL was too big. None of this sells Pearl Izumi very well."

— SANDY F. (5/5)

Odd sizing

"I have the same issue that others have mentioned. The legs seem too tight for how big the waist is. I am thin so the legs fit me well, but the waist keeps riding down which can get a little annoying. I have a sewing machine so I’ll probably alter it slightly. I don’t know whether to put these at “true to size”, “small”, or “large” because the legs are fitted while the waist is large. Overall I’m very happy with these still, just wish the sizing was improved."

— Hannah B. (4/5)

Too small and not shaped for a woman

"Sizing is ridiculously off (received them as a gift). They are size large; I am often a medium in other brands. These don’t fit over my butt, which is not curvy."

— Nancy (2/5)

Disappointed

"I ordered these in hopes of extending my cycling season. Please read this review with a grain of salt. I am a unique case. I am paralyzed from the chest down with no sensation below my level of injury. That also means I have poor circulation. It is incredibly difficult to keep my legs warm during cold windy rides. I had hoped these would help but they aren't as thick as I had thought they would be. The waistline also was an awkward fit for me. I have a tiny bum and when in the seated position, they ride very low. However, a lot of the reviews complained about how skinny the legs were and that worked perfectly for my atrophied legs. Hoping to find the right cold weather gear soon!"

Legs way too small

"I actually returned these- went through the fit bot and was advised a small so bought medium. The waist and hips were ok but the legs were cutting off my circulation. I am a slight build so no sure what body shape these are made for… but I don’t recommend them for cyclists"

Riding tights for winter good quality but fits quite small

"Nice quality with side pockets for iPhone. Unfortunately they fit small so I returned them. I usually wear a medium and am 5’4” weighing 122 pounds. I could not imagine fitting a shamoix underneath."
