Disappointing Fit and Even Worse Customer Support
"I purchased this jersey fully aware that it was a final sale. However, when it arrived, it was far too tight, even though I already own multiple Castelli jerseys in size L that fit me perfectly. Before the product was delivered, I emailed customer support to ask about exchanging it for an XL. I was told that the item had already been shipped and couldn’t be exchanged, but I was also informed that an exception would be made if it didn’t fit. Unfortunately, that was exactly the case. I reached out again after receiving the jersey to initiate the exchange, explaining the situation and even offering to pay for return shipping or accept store credit. Despite this, my request was flatly refused. This experience is extremely disappointing and far from what I expect from a renowned brand like PEARL IZUMI. The lack of flexibility and customer care is frustrating. As a result, I will not be purchasing from this brand again, nor will I recommend it to my cycling community."

Good Jersey for warmer weather
"I like the material and construction of the jersey but I am having issues with removing the tags so that they arent itchy or bothersome. Aside from this small issue, everything is great! I am looking forward to using it while riding when the weather is less Snowpocalypse."

"I have both the Air and the normal attack jersey’s. The normal one’s fabric does not have much stretch and the performance falls short of the price. The air fixes all of the shortcomings but you have to pay extra. I wouldn’t bother with the normal attack. The only problem is that air is too expensive compared to its competitors. I would make the air the price of the normal and stop selling the normal"
Not made for peleton
"Parts fit right, but overall not well fitted. I am on the slender side, and the bottom hem fits terrible. I have to pull it down onto the seat to keep it down. Catches wind like a barn. Bought for the sun protection which does well, but highly don't recommend unless you have a belly."
