What makes the PRO collection different from Attack?
Chamois and fabric. PRO uses the triple-density PRO Levitate chamois and our lightest, most compressive fabrics; Attack uses the dual-density ELITE Levitate and slightly more durable materials. PRO is the choice for race days and the longest efforts, Attack for hard training and everything below that.
What chamois is in PRO bib shorts?
The PRO Levitate chamois, our triple-density pad. Multiple foam densities let it contour to your sit bones while holding support over four hours and beyond, which is what separates it from the ELITE and SELECT tiers.
Is PRO only for racers?
No. It is built to race standards, but the reason to choose it is ride length rather than race number. If you regularly ride four hours or more, the chamois and the fabric weight matter more to you than they do to someone doing an hour after work.
How does PRO fit compared to other collections?
Closest of the range. PRO is cut compressive and aerodynamic, patterned for the riding position rather than for standing up. If you are between sizes and want a race fit, take the smaller; if you want the same fabrics in a more forgiving cut, look at Attack.
What is the 1:1 PRO Carbon Power Plate?
The carbon sole plate in the PRO Road Shoe. It is stiff enough that almost none of your pedal stroke is lost flexing the shoe, which is where the 1:1 name comes from. Stiffness is what you notice on sprints and long climbs.
Can I mix PRO with other collections?
Yes, and most riders do. Sizing is consistent across collections, so a PRO jersey over Attack bibs works fine. The collections differ in fabric and chamois tier, not in fit standard.
How should I care for PRO apparel?
Cold wash, gentle cycle, air dry. Skip fabric softener, which coats technical fibers and reduces both wicking and chamois performance. Turn bibs inside out so the chamois dries fully, and avoid high heat, which shortens the life of elastic and grippers.
