Description

Own technical trails with confidence in the Women’s Summit Shell Shorts—lightweight, durable, and ready for every switchback and descent. A 4-way stretch fabric provides full mobility while resisting abrasion, and a PFAS-free PI Dry® C0 DWR finish sheds light rain, mud, and stream splashes to keep you moving comfortably through changing conditions.

Designed with an 11.5" inseam, these shorts offer extended coverage and are fully compatible with knee guards for added protection on technical descents. A micro-adjustable ratchet closure ensures a secure, dialed-in fit at the waistband, while two zippered Trail Access pockets keep ride essentials close without disrupting your pedal stroke.

Made with recycled content, the Summit Shell Shorts are ready to layer over your favorite liner shorts for all-day comfort, or pair with tops from our Women’s MTB Collection for a complete trail system.

Pedal to Zero

Pedal to Zero

We calculated the Pedal to Zero number using the EPA’s estimate that a typical passenger car produces 404 grams of CO2 per mile. For example, our Rove Short creates the equivalent of 9.8kg of CO2*. Therefore, if you ride 24 miles instead of driving, you’ve zeroed out the emissions impact of the Rove Short. This knowledge can inspire us to change our behavior. *This information was calculated by PEARL iZUMi using the Higg Product Module 2.0 at Higg.org. It includes cradle-to-gate impacts only.
