Warranty Claims are taking longer than the normal 3-5 days to process. Please allow up to 30 days for your warranty to be processed.
Please note we are currently unable to process repair work; please send items in question through to our warranty department for processing.
PEARL iZUMi® brand products are built to last the lifetime of the product, and that’s how long we stand behind it. PEARL iZUMi® brand product purchased from PEARL iZUMi® or an authorized dealer is fully warranted to the original owner against factory defects in materials and workmanship (proof of purchase may be required for ride and tri products, and is required for run products).
If a product fails due to a manufacturing or materials defect, even after extended use, then PEARL iZUMi®, at its option, will replace with a like product, or repair it to restore the original function without charge. This limited warranty is not transferable by the original owner. This limited warranty does not include product failures resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, chlorinated pools, modifications or normal wear and tear. Any alteration of PEARL iZUMi® brand products will void warranty coverage. This warranty supersedes all previous warranties.
REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. PEARL iZUMi® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PRACTICAL PURPOSE.
If you prefer to send your item directly to us, all warranty returns must be insured and shipment costs paid by the shipper. State law requires that apparel products accepted for warranty be clean. ANY ITEMS SUBMITTED FOR WARRANTY THAT ARE NOT CLEAN OR ARE OTHERWISED DEEMED TO BE UNSANITARY WILL BE RETURNED. Please send them to:
