Pearl Izumi® product is built to last the lifetime of the garment, and this is how long we will stand behind it. Product purchased from Pearl Izumi®, an authorized dealer or retailer is fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship (proof of purchase may be requested). If a product fails due to a manufacturing or materials defect, even after extended use, we will replace or repair it to restore the original function without charge, at our option. This warranty does not include product failures resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear.
Your local Pearl Izumi dealer is the best resource for your cycling and running needs, including any warrantable defect in our products. Please visit your dealer for prompt warranty service.
If you’d prefer to send the item directly to us, all warranty returns must be insured and shipment costs paid by the shipper. State law requires that products accepted for warranty be clean. Cleaning charges will be assessed when dirty product is received. Please return warranty items to your local authorized Pearl Izumi dealer, retailer, or to Pearl Izumi Attn: Warranty Dept, 1886 Prairie Way, Louisville, CO 80027. Please include your contact information (name, address, phone number, email address) along with a description of the product defect. This warranty policy supersedes all previous warranty policies.
