Men's AmFIB® Bib Tights
Men's AmFIB® Bib Tights
Cold weather is no excuse to stay indoors. The Men's AmFIB® Bib Tights are your ultimate winter riding layer–built for road and gravel cyclists who demand warmth, protection, and a streamlined fit in tough conditions. These cycling bib tights combine AmFIB® softshell fabric for wind and water protection with breathable thermal fleece for all-day comfort.
The front of the legs, seat, and calves are shielded by 360-degree AmFIB® softshell panels, while the back panels use insulating fleece for heat retention and moisture-wicking breathability. A lofted interior adds next-to-skin softness, and laser-cut, raw-edge bib straps minimize bulk for seamless layering under a jacket or jersey.
PI Dry® C0 water-repellent technology shrugs off road spray and light precipitation, keeping you dry without compromising stretch or sustainability. And with BioViz® reflective elements placed high on the calves and hips, you'll remain visible–even above booties or shoe covers.
Pair with your favorite bike liner, or explore more men's cycling tights and men's road cycling apparel built for winter endurance.

Too small
"The men's AmFib Bib Tights are too small. I purchased a large, but are much tighter on my legs and the bib straps are short. They are much smaller than my other PEARL iZUMi size large bib shorts and tights. I'm disappointed, a waste of money."
Mens Amfib bib tights
"Very small/unwearable"
Buy big.
"These fit small. I'm 5'10'' 160 # with a 32 waist and the large fits like a compression garment. I sent back the medium as I couldn't even get them on. I love the fabric and bibs, but they could use a ankle zipper as the tight sizing makes it difficult to get my size 11 foot in and out."
better customer service
"The tights came and they are too small. I want to return for a larger size (XL), but it seems that PI is forcing me to arrange to do this online. Being 82 y/o you might understand that this is not my favorite way of working. In any case your chat gave me a phone number which I called last week, but no one was available. I was promised a call back, but that has not happened. So, if you want me to have a real great experience you will have someone call me and arrange for me to exchange the tights with your promised free shipping. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you in the next day or so."
Disappointed in the latest version of these tights
"I am disappointed in the latest model of these tights. I bought these to replace an older pair of AmFIB Bib Tights which I loved. The new tights lack the ankle zippers found on the older model. This makes them much more difficult to put on and take off. I could easily put on or remove the old tights standing up. These require me to sit down, and also require me to invert the tights to get them off. I wear these for commuting and need to change into street clothes in a public restroom--the lack of ankle zips is a serious shortcoming for me. I suspect that the ankle area will wear out much faster as well. Also gone are the gussets around the knee. The older tights had more room around the knee joint and allowed for more natural movement. The newer version is considerably tighter (uncomfortably so) around the knees, especially when flexed. The new tights no longer have a side pocket. And finally, the sizing seems to have changed. The Medium I got this time fit almost exactly the same as the size Small I got a few years ago (my body composition hasn't changed in decades). Overall, the design appears to have been simplified, presumably to cut costs--yet the retail price is still premium."
for high output activities in cold to very cold conditions
"first, I read the reviews on the brand site and decided to size up. I think I would have been fine with my recommended size (M), but I’m glad I did as the soft shell fabric does not stretch enough to make getting them on a breeze. The L is maybe 2 cm longer than I need them to be, but that’s fine, I’d rather that than too short. I primarily use these for fat biking, but bought the version without the chamois so I could also use for running, downhill and cross country skiing, and just as a warm layer when needed. So far I’ve used them on the bike, running, and as a base layer for downhill ski. They worked great for all these activities. They have enough stretch to not noticeably slow me down while running. Warmth, breathability, and wind blocking are all (mostly; see below) great. My recommendations for future iterations: more insulation on the butt panel, as that is the only place I’ve noticed cold getting through (even while wearing cycling bib shorts underneath). Also, and I recognize this is personal preference, but I prefer bib straps with rolled over edges (like what Borah uses) rather than laser cut as they feel more durable to me, less likely to stretch out over years of use, and I don’t think they are thick enough as to be bothersome when layering. thanks for a great product."
"Exceptioanl product."
Great insulated tights for those really cold days
"The weather finally got cold enough to give these a try and after one ride, I'm pretty happy! I sized up based on other buyers' recommendations, which worked out well. Felt-lined interior is comfy and helps preserve warmth while outer shell does a great job of protecting against the wind. Can't comment on how well they repel water but the material appears at least water-resistent. The only thing I'd have liked are ankle zippers to make putting them on and taking them off a little easier but this is the one small issue I found and it's certainly not a deal-breaker."
Tried in 40’s F and
"Tried in 40’s F and still warm, next week is 30’s so we’ll see! Fit good."
Too Tight
"My husband has a classic manly shape. He's not a skinny cyclist. Those tights were TOO tight. He couldn't get them on even though I ordered a large size. I returned them."
