If a product fails due to manufacturing or materials defects, we will replace or repair it without charge, at our option. This warranty does not include product failures from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear. This policy supersedes all previous warranty policies. If you would prefer to send the item to us, shipping must be pre-paid and insured. State law requires that products accepted for warranty be clean. Please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and a description of the product defect.
